Celebrate the completion of our £3.5million refurbishment work and join us on Saturday 30 September for a Grand Day Out at Plymouth Market, with fun for all the family. We've got something for everyone - young and old, with over 140 stalls, eateries and cafes, all under one roof! From free tastings to 'how to' demonstrations from our expert stallholders, free games and face-painting for the kids, live music, our classic car show and the live finals of Plymouth's Top Talent, you'll have an amazing day discovering just what your local Market has to offer!

Plymouth Christmas Market 2017

The city centre Piazza will be completely transformed as the Christmas Market sets out more than 50 beautiful log cabin style stalls trading from 30 November to 21 December 2017. The stalls, selling unique hand-crafted gifts from the South West and further afield, will be festooned in fairy lights offering warming drinks, a Bavarian bar with heated seats, and festive food to keep visitors going – perfect for those chilly, late night shopping trips. Visitors to the market will be able to enjoy an array of local produce to sample or to pick up that unique Christmas gift for that special someone.

Plymouth Seafood Festival 2017

Plymouth is the first city in the world to be awarded the Fish2Fork Blue City status for its commitment to sourcing sustainable fish. Between Saturday 16 to Sunday 17 September 2017 there will be opportunities to watch inspirational, regional and celebrity chefs who will delight you with their tantalising dishes at the Cookery Theatre. Wonder the array of local food and craft stands and be entertained.

Plymouth Bonfire Night 2017

Plymouth will be hosting a bonfire and fireworks display on Sunday 5 November on The Hoe for Bonfire Night. There'll be fairground rides, catering stands and a whole host of entertainment. As the night draws in and the temperature drops, this event is sure to warm up when the bonfire is lit and the fireworks display is set off from the citadel. .
